Late 90’s house that was just not built for a family of 4. This little home only had 3x bedroom and 1x bathroom with a tiny patio area. The outcome on this project was privacy for the parents where they could have their own space and to create and entertainment area that you won’t want to leave. This home ended up having a 9x5m deck, 2x bathrooms, 4x bedrooms, increased living and lounge room, new kitchen area and complete remodel and freshen up of the existing bedroom and bathroom.
