Early 2000’s House with that some old issue of not having enough space this was a family of 5 living in a 3x bedroom 1x bathroom house. You could imagine the chaos and sharing of shower times and bedrooms that would have been going on. With a smart design and only adding an extra 36m2 of floor area we managed to turn this house into a 5x bedroom, 2x bathroom family home along with an additional insulated patio. This house was completely renovated and updated throughout from one of the house to the other. The Results speak for themselves with a much more open plan living and everyone has there own private space.
